Forging A New Heart
Who among us hasn’t been affected by these past three years? Worse yet, only to learn these plans have been decades in the making. This is their grand plan.
We’ve all been affected, in one way or another. Life is a heartfelt journey.
My heart (maybe yours too) felt assaulted, violated, ripped into shreds, stretched to its limits by the events of these last three years. Still the tender and resilient heart beats, thumps, pumps, cracks open seeking the truth.
This precious heart, our seat of emotional intelligence, our guiding light and compass, shocked by the unspeakable things human beings do to one another.
Are they really human though? Theirs are surely damaged, dysfunctional, evil hearts.
My youngest daughter says hurt people hurt other people. She’s young and full of love for humanity.
I learned in Heart Math that there are more signals from the heart to the brain, than from the brain to the heart. So what does that tell us?
The heart is where its at.
Many have had their hearts irrevocably, physically damaged, unless we can figure out a way to heal them, in or outside of the conventional medical system. I believe we should try everything under the sun. Time for more innovation. We are spiritual, energetic, electric beings.
When your heart has been broken, shattered and shocked by the events of this physical world (mine has) and you start to lose your joy and love for life, forge a new heart.
Infuse that new heart with warmth, love, song, poetry, dreams, beauty, desire and hope for a better world.
Guard that heart. Nurture it. Be gentle and loving with your new heart and protective of anything that tries to destroy it.
Surround yourself with those that inspire and elevate the heart.
Be like the mystics; in this world, but not of it.
Seek out the liminal world and send your light forth from there.
