Eternal Internal Flame
A Favorite Meditation
I’ve been listening to and sharing this meditation and others by East Forest with friends, family, private yoga students, and the MDs I teach yoga to for the past year. As I was meditating this morning, I decided to share it here, in the hopes that it may call to, resonate with, and benefit some of my readers. Eternal Internal Flame
I also want to share the idea of a Gratitude Jar, something I learned of years ago, but never participated in. I’m currently in a manifestation group and this activity was just added to our group. I’m starting today. Find a jar and once a week write down something positive that happened to you and place it in the jar. It can be as simple as something that made you smile.
At the end of this year, you can open the jar and read all the blessings that took place in your life this year. I think that with all the horrific events taking place in the world, we sometimes forget to remember the good that still exists. Let me know if you plan to try this.
Many Blessings🙏🏼💚

Spotify used to give a preview. I guess they’re not doing that anymore. I didn’t realize you need to have a Spotify account to access music, podcasts or audiobooks on their platform.
