Endless Possibilities
Quantum Healing
I believe our way out of the toxic Conventional Medical model will be learning how to heal ourselves with Mother Nature, Traditional Medicine, and last, but not least, Quantum Healing methods. I’ve been studying Natural Health for soon to be almost 50 years. I started as a teen, in order to find healing for myself and then started practicing on my own family, and offering advice to neighbors and friends who would ask me for help.
Here’s what comes up when you web search Quantum Healing:
“Pseudoscientific concept
Quantum healing is a pseudoscientific concept that combines ideas from quantum mechanics, psychology, philosophy, and neurophysiology. Advocates assert that quantum phenomena govern health and well-being. It involves shifting energy at a quantum (or subatomic) level to heal the body, mind, and spirit.”
Sure wikipedia. Sure.
What I have learned is that the mind, how we think about ourselves, our thoughts about the world and our lives, our state of health, can affect us as much or more than our diet, exercise routines, wellness routines. I witnessed this with my two grandmothers, who were my caretakers during my formative years and my role models. Both meant the world to me. They also showed me what it meant to be loved. They showered me with love and care.
Neither had an impeccable diet, nor took supplements or even exercised, other than the movement required to keep up a home and raise small children. Both were incredibly spiritual, selfless and giving women, dedicated to caring for their families and others. Both experienced health, especially my maternal grandmother, who lived vibrantly, well into her 90’s. She passed away at 99.5, on no medications. She took no Pharma products, flu shots, antibiotics or other medications. She did not have diseases and shunned all medical diagnostic and testing. She was also incredibly intuitive.
My maternal grandmother prayed a great deal, and was a shining light in our family. She was the most spiritually aligned and righteous person I’ve personally known. She was always thinking of others, not herself. My paternal grandmother was always joyful, prayed constantly, was always thinking of others less fortunate. After giving birth to 8 children, she adopted two underprivileged children and gave them an education. She was saintly. Neither grandmother remarried after divorcing or widowing. It was never a priority for them, their families were.
I recently took a course on Quantum Love on the MindValley app. It was a fascinating course taught by a Psychologist who teaches how to get into a positive, potential filled love zone with your beliefs which affect your thoughts and ultimately your emotions. Being in this state of mind, bathes your cells in neurochemicals that elicit feelings of love, joy and happiness, as opposed to being stressed, angry, hateful, or negative, which also bathe your cells in neurochemicals that will keep you in that state of mind. We practiced guided meditations and had some homework to help us achieve that love state. I also listen to beautiful music and read inspiring words and poetry to keep me in this zone and I take Bach Flower Essences for Unconditional Love.
I believe when my grandmothers prayed, which was several times throughout the day, they experienced a state of trust, love, and peace of mind, that allowed them to experience health and wellbeing, even through the most difficult times of their lives.
My goal is to live the way my grandmothers did. That is how I will honor their beautiful spirits and how much what they exemplified, means to me.
