I’ve been meaning to record some audio health segments for my readers for months now, but haven’t gotten around to it. Thankfully, my private Functional Nutrition and Yoga clients, new studies in Prenatal/Pregnancy/Postnatal Health Coaching, several projects I am undertaking, plus reading a multitude of Substacks are keeping me more than busy, but I vow to find the time to share more health related content with you. If ever there was a time to upgrade your health habits, it is now. True health is priceless, especially with the current global health crisis under way.
This is a challenge I first created in 2015, on New Year’s Day, and recently edited. I hope you enjoy it and reap the benefits of following through on these healthy habits.
